Into Answers

I'm a Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity graduate who completed my Bachelor of Technology at BCIT, building hands-on expertise in mobile forensics, network traffic analysis, and the recovery of ephemeral data.

My interests are in digital forensics, IT support, and cybersecurity — three areas I'm actively growing in and plan to continue developing through hands-on work and ongoing study. My satisfication comes from the people side of IT: troubleshooting alongside someone, explaining what went wrong, and making sure they leave with their problem solved. I've completed coursework in Cisco networking, AWS cloud fundamentals, and Linux essentials, earning course completion acknowledgements from Cisco Networking Academy and AWS Academy — not formal industry certifications, but a solid foundation I'm continuing to build on.

  • Service Desk transition (June 2024): supported faculty, staff, and students via ServiceNow.
  • Administered Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune for device provisioning and MFA.

  • Installed hardware, OSes, and peripherals across diverse client environments.
